It’s amazing. After all those years of taking multiple antihistamines with the terrible side effects of dryness, gingivitis, memory loss and dehydration, who knew . god provides everything we need in our diet and herbs.

My 50-lb. shepherd mix had raw sores on her legs; tried all the vet recommendations including apoquel, diet changes, etc. over at least a year with no results. Started her on quercetin “lipomicel matrix” 250 mg. once/day. Softgels since quercetin needs to be dissolved in oil/fat to be absorbed. In a month she was healing, and now 6 months later is completely healed, fur grown in, can’t tell where the sores were.

Last year I found a recipe for boiling than steeping peels of ten onions, when it cools add honey to taste. I've used it and love it. It really helped me not to get sick while my husband has something going on for months and months. Personally, I liked it better from yellow onions. Who knew!!

I used to use quercetin supplements for allergies until a doctor told me that it can exacerbate kidney issues. It’s found naturally in many fruits and veggies, more than on this list, like broccoli, apples, and berries.
